Eltee’s first offering, Tommy Jam, utilizing tomatoes from Farms in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Lindsey Thalheimer graduate of the French Culinary Institute, became a pastry chef in small, community-centered establishments. In 2021 she became a client of the Entrepreneur Space manufacturing her line of Tommy Jam for wholesale and retail. In 2023 Eltee's Goods completed the Cultivate Small Business program through Santander/Babson College that assisted her growth.
