Our 24/7 commercial kitchen has all of the tools, equipment, and space that you need to produce your products at scale – industrial ovens, walk-in freezers, heavy-duty mixers, and much more.
The facility is divided into 4 separate kitchen bays, allowing multiple entrepreneurs to produce simultaneously. And to scale up for large productions, clients may rent multiple bays at the same as needed.
Each kitchen is equipped with worktables, power outlets, and dedicated ovens, and all clients have access to common use equipment throughout the facility. A library of small tools (sheet pans, bowls, utensils, etc.) is available for use at any point during your shift.
Our kitchen is street-level, with free client parking and a bay door for easy loading/unloading and deliveries.

This kitchen is designed for makers of bottled products like hot sauces and dressings, or for caterers, home meal delivery services, and other heat-intensive uses.

These two kitchens are versatile spaces with large worktables that can be customized with small appliances and other tools. Located near heavy mixers and ovens, these units are particularly well-suited for makers of baked goods.

This kitchen is a separate, climate-controlled room (67°-72° F) that is designed for temperature sensitive products, such as chocolate and other confections. Additionally, this room is available for gluten-free or other non-alergen production.

In addition to the core kitchen facility, we also have several supplemental spaces available for short-term rental.
A food certified and temperature controlled room is available for packaging finished products and handling order fulfillment at a low hourly cost. No cooking is permitted in this room, but clients may mix spices/teas, or even produce sundries such as cosmetics, in this space. This street-level facility includes a handwashing sink and 30 feet of work tables.
This room can be set in various ways to accommodate seminars and meetings. Seating from 12 people classroom style to 25 people set auditorium style.
A small conference room is available for meetings of up to 10 people.
Fully furnished spaces of various sizes, from desk rentals to full suites, are the perfect place to start your service business when you have outgrown your home. Rentals includes light housekeeping, acceptance of mail and packages, and wifi access.
Dry shelves, walk-in refrigerators, and walk-in freezers are available to rent on a monthly basis for ingredients, tools, or finished products.
Our affordable pricing is designed to be accessible to early-stage businesses, and as a result, we're about 30% less expensive than similar for-profit kitchen facilities.
Make use of all the stoves, ovens, racks, tables, and other large and small equipment you need to create your product. This includes access to thousands of sheet pans, bowls, utensils, and other tools.
Gas, electricity, garbage, pest control, and security are all baked in. Each shift also included cleaning supplies and chemicals, and free parking.
Every shift includes two hours from a dedicated Culinary Assistant who can help prep ingredients, pack your products, clean your station, or otherwise support your business.
Freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage shelves are available to rent ranging from $25 to $600 per month depending on size and location.
Certified packing room is available to rent for $15/hour.
Semi-private desk workstations are available to rent for $375 per month.
Delivery acceptance is available for $5 per shipment.
New clients are subject to a $300 onboarding fee and must provide a $1,000 security deposit (subject to adjustment based on expected usage).
