Tours take approximately 45 minutes and are offered regularly on Mondays (6:00PM) and Wednesdays (11:30AM) . Tour groups are limited to 6 people at a time.

Please be aware that this is an active industrial kitchen – it may be loud, messy, hot (or cold), and full of busy entrepreneurs like yourself. All visitors are asked to wear closed-toed shoes and to use a hairnet while in production spaces. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted in the kitchen.

Public transportation is encouraged, and we are just a couple of blocks from the M, R, N, and W train lines. (After you join the incubator, free parking is available during your shift.)
